Fees

We aim to be clear and transparent about fees so you know what to expect and can make informed decisions.

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated (AAPI) recommends an hourly rate of $318-$330 for a 40-60 minute psychological consultation in 2025-2026.

Campaspe Psychology services are set at an hourly rate of $250 (50 min appointment).

Rebates & Funding

Medicare
With a current Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), you will receive a Medicare rebate of $98.95 for 10 sessions per calendar year.

NDIS
We currently support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.

Private Paying Clients
Families are welcome to access services privately without a referral.

Assessment Fees

Assessment fees are based on the time required to complete a comprehensive and meaningful assessment. The estimated fee includes the time required for parent and child sessions, administration and scoring of questionnaires, interpretation, report writing and feedback to families.

Please note, fees are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the complexity of the assessment and individual presentation. A more specific quote will be provided following the initial parent session.

Medicare Rebates for Autism Assessments

A referral under the Medicare Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders item may help reduce the cost of an Autism assessment for individuals under 25 years.

This referral must be provided by a paediatrician or psychiatrist and allows access to up to 4 assessment sessions. A Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session is available.

Please note, Medicare does not cover rebates for an ADHD assessment.
